PORTLAND, OR-TriMet's expected move into an office space in downtown Portland is the largest commercial lease so far in 2012. The agency will occupy 50,723 square feet of space at Harrison Square at 1800 S.W. First Ave.

The new office space will cost TriMet $18.59 per square foot. Cresa Partners' Matt Ryer represented the agency on the filing. Cushman & Wakefield of Oregon Inc.'s Doug Deurwaarder, Mark Carnese and Tom Usher represented the building owners in the deal. For the full story, go to Portland Business Journal .
