KANNAPOLIS, NC-Developer has started construction on a medical office building spanning 60,000 square feet on the N.C. Research Campus in Kannapolis. Carolinas HealthCare System, a Charlotte-based health-care system, will be the main tenant in the building.
Castle & Cooke Inc., the developer of the campus, is marketing the Class A medical office space. The new building will come up on Wellness Way near by Dale Earnhardt Boulevard. Creech & Associates is the architect of the building. For the full story, go to Charlotte Business Journal .
