BEDFORD, MA-A subsidiary of Cole Real Estate Investments has paid $93.5 million for the EMC's Bedford campus. The property, located at 174-176 Middlesex Turnpike, comprises a pair of buildings totaling 328,232 square feet of R&D and office space.
The Gutierrez Co. developed the campus in 2001 to house the headquarters of RSA Security, a unit of EMC Corp. Mariner Bedford Woods LLC bought the campus in 2005 for $95 million.
