FORT WORTH-The Admiral Capital Real Estate Fund has bought a Holiday Inn Express hotel situated in downtown Fort Worth along with Franklin Croft. The fund, a partnership between USAA Real Estate Co. and San Antonio-based Admiral Capital Group, acquired the Holiday Inn Express Fort Worth Downtown for an undisclosed price.
The 132-room hotel is located near the Fort Worth Convention Center. It will be managed by Dallas-based Aimbridge Hospitality. The Holiday Inn brand is owned by InterContinental Hotels Group. For the full story, go to San Antonio Business Journal .
