NEW YORK CITY-Mount Sinai has inked a 4,800-square-foot lease at 1556 Third Avenue, at East 87th Street to house its new cardiovascular practice named Mount Sinai Manhattan Heart. The lease runs for 10 years and the asking rent per square foot was in the high-$50s. Muss Development is the owner of the office building spanning 78,000 square feet. The building, also called as the Agora Building, is 97% leased.
