
AUSTIN, TX-shopping centers have recently changed hands in Fredericksburg and Killeen. In Fredericksburg, El Paso-based Mimco Inc. bought Baron's Creek, a 69,000-square-foot retail center, from RPS Partnership for an undisclosed amount.
In Killeen, Morris Venture Partners in California purchased Killeen Marketplace, a 22,500-square-foot center, from New York-based Kimco Realty Corp. for an undisclosed amount.
