NEW YORK CITY-Perkins Coie is tripling its space at 30 Rockefeller Plaza by signing a 24,258-square-foot sublease with Squire Sanders. The asking rent for the space was $65 per square foot. The lease runs for three years, with a one year extension option. In the transaction, CBRE Group Inc's Kenneth Rapp brokered for Perkins Coie, while Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's Moshe Sukenik, Eric Zemachson and Chris Mongeluzo brokered for Squire Sanders.
