
CHICAGO-A real estate private equity firm based in suburban Philadelphia is investing over $100 million to purchase nearly 30 properties and is targeting the industrial market in the Chicago area. Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania-based Exeter Property Group made its first Chicago-area deal in May 2011, purchasing a 101,050-square-foot facility in southwest suburban Tinley Park for $3.2 million.
