HOUSTON-SRP Medical has started construction on Magnolia Heights, an 85,000-square-foot senior living facility in Spring. This new senior living community is one of $12 million to $17 million properties the Dallas-based company is developing across the state.
The community will be situated on Holzwarth Road between Cypress Drive and Louetta Road. It will comprise 60 assisted living apartments and 48 memory care apartments. Construction is expected to be finished in May 2013. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
