PEWAUKEE, WI-Building Service Inc., based in Milwaukee, is seeking $4.2 million in disaster bonds to buy and refurbish a 61,165-square-foot building in Pewaukee. The design, build and furnish firm is looking for Midwest Disaster Area Revenue Bonds for the Pewaukee purchase.
