NEW YORK CITY-Boston Properties Inc. is nearing an office lease deal with a second law firm at 250 W. 55th St. The REIT is in negotiations to lease approximately 266,000 square feet at the 1-million-square-foot tower to the law firm.
Last year, Boston Properties signed a 180,000-square-foot lease with Morrison & Foerster and it agreed to lease another 24,000 square feet to the law firm.
