OCEANSIDE, CA-Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP (HFF) has helped GF Properties Group LLC to secure $25.1 million in construction loan to build a Marriott SpringHill Suites hotel at the southeast corner of Mission Avenue and North Myers Street in Oceanside. The three-year loan was arranged through US Bank.
The Oceanside hotel will have 150 guestrooms. GF is the Southern Ute Indian tribe's wholly-owned subsidiary. Its portfolio includes mixed-use and residential land for sale and ivestments in office, industrial, retail, condominiums and apartments. For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal .
