BOSTON-A company based in Boston has acquired the Lorraine Terrace Apartments, a 44-unit apartment community in Allston. Micozzi Management purchased the apartment building for $10 million from Taymil LT LLC.

The apartment community, constructed in the 1920s, comprises 12 attached three/four story structures. It offers on-site laundry facilities, a central landscaped courtyard and a controlled access buzzer entry system. CB Richard Ellis/N.E. Partners procured the buyer and represented the seller.
