ALBANY-Capital Region BOCES will merge its data center and administrative offices into a single floor on Watervliet Shaker Road in Colonie, New York. The BOCES has leased 69,000 square feet at 900 Watervliet Shaker Road from Chaffee Investment Properties LP.
The company will relocate nearly 150 employees from 1031 Watervliet Shaker Road to the new location in August 2013. The BOCES signed the 10-year lease for the entire floor.
