AUSTIN, TX-Developers are planning to transform 24 acres of undeveloped tract in East Austin into a $35-million mixed-use project with nearly 150 residences. The Austin American-Statesman reported that Richard DeVarga and Robert Summers are leading the project, called thinkEAST.

The project is expected to include 300,000 square feet of development in a complex containing 28 buildings. It will be built on the land adjacent to Govalle Park. Construction could start next year. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
