NASHVILLE-Affiliates of Harbor Group International have acquired a portfolio of four apartment communities totaling nearly 1,600 units in the Nashville area for $130.5 million. Norfolk, Virginia-based HGI purchased the apartments from a subsidiary of Lehman Brothers.
The portfolio includes the 627-unit Cherry Creek at 1100 Crystal Spring Lane in Hermitage; the 360-unit Cambridge at Hickory Hollow at 660 Bell Road in Antioch; the 260-unit Preakness at 630 Bell Road in Antioch; and the 346-unit Arbors of Brentwood at 100 Brentwood Place in Nashville.
