FAIRFAX, VA-Grosvenor Americas has picked up a medical office building spanning 120,000 square feet at 3023 Hamaker Court in Fairfax for $43 million. The company purchased the property, situated in the Merrifield area, from The Long Co.
The property also has a three-story parking garage. The primary tenant in the building is Children's National Medical Center. Grosvenor has approximately 1.6 million square feet of commercial space in the Washington metro area. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
