CHICAGO-A venture managed by James Pritzker has secured its first major tenant for the 218,000-square-foot Monroe Building situated across the street from Millennium Park. Chicago-based Hyper Marketing Inc. has signed a lease for nearly 23,000 square feet of space in the 16-story building at 104 S. Michigan Ave.
Hyper Marketing will consolidate nearly 110 employees from 343 W. Erie St. and the Reid-Murdoch Building at 325 N. LaSalle St. to the Monroe Building. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
