MEMPHIS-Montreal-based Olymbec Corporate Group has reached a contract to purchase Brinkley Plaza, a 219,557-square-foot office property at 80 Monroe in Downtown Memphis. This will be the first commercial real estate acquirement for Olymbec in the Memphis area.
Brinkley Plaza is currently owned by Sanderlin Place GP and Brinkley Plaza II GP. It was earlier sold in 2003 for $6 million. Johnny Lamberson at CBRE Memphis is marketing the property. For the full story, go to Memphis Business Journal .
