HYATTSVILLE, MD-Sawyer Realty Holdings has sold the Villas at Langley, a 590-unit apartment community in Hyattsville, to Krieger Skyline LLC and Krieger Boulevard LLC. The apartment complex, situated near the junction of New Hampshire Avenue and University Boulevard, changed hands for $48 million.
The Villas at Langley, constructed in 1964, comprises single-, double- and triple-bedroom units. The Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Group of Transwestern represented Sawyer Realty Holdings in the deal. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
