NASHVILLE-Stonehenge Real Estate Group is preparing for a $33-million apartment building in Berry Hill. The developer is purchasing the old Beaman Lincoln-Mercury dealership property at 2300 Franklin Pike from Horsepower Joint Venture for the four-story, 266-unit apartment project.
