Zenith Insurance Company has signed an 11,568-square-foot office lease at Las Cimas II & III at 805 Las Cimas Parkway and Guardian Industrial Supply LLC has signed a 10,800-square-foot industrial lease at Rutland 10 at 2010 Centimeter Circle.
