SURPRISE, AZ-Next week, a 418,000-square-foot manufacturing facility, proposed by a developer based in Los Angeles, is expected to get final approval from the city of Surprise. The $10-million facility will be one of the largest buildings in the West Valley and the largest in Surprise.
