IRVING, TX-An investor has purchased a multifamily property in Irving for an undisclosed price. WG Apartments LLC has bought the two-story, 256-unit apartment community at 3829 William Dehaes Drive.
The garden-style apartment community is situated on the north side of State Highway 183. Mark Freeman, Philip Wiegand and Taylor Snoddy from the Dallas office of Tranwestern negotiated the deal on behalf of both the buyer and the seller. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
