AUSTIN, TX-Charlotte-based Crescent Resources has opened a new student housing community near the campus of the University of Texas at Austin. The new complex, called Circle West Campus, comprises 167 one-, two- and four-bedroom units.
The student apartment community is 99.6% leased and over 300 students have already arrived for the fall semester. The 1.6-acre complex was designed and constructed to meet the Austin Energy Green Building Multifamily rating requirements. Austin-based Rampart Construction was the general contractor.
