SEATTLE-Developers have proposed a 38-story tower at Stewart Street and Second Avenue in downtown Seattle. They approached Seattle city planners with their plans for the new tower, which will include a hotel and condos or apartments.
The lower floors of the tower will be a hotel and the upper 27 floors will comprise 367 condos or apartments. The project will also have a five-level underground parking. It will be built on a site that currently houses the two-story MJA Building. For the full story, go to Seattle Times .
