BUENA PARK, CA-Lynwood-based M+D Properties has held a groundbreaking event on Thursday for a mixed-use development in Buena Park. The project, called The Source, will comprise 480,995 square feet of office and retail space as well as an entertainment center and a four star hotel.
The project will come up at the junction of Beach Boulevard and Orangethorpe Avenue, near Knott's Berry Farm. It is expected to be completed in fall 2014. For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal .
