DELRAY BEACH, FL-Jacksonville-based Summit Contractors Group Inc. has started construction on a $13.7-million apartment building in Delray Beach. The new complex, called The Blu Atlantic, will comprise 171 units. Delray Beach Realty LLC is the owner and Boca Raton-based Marc Wiener A.I.A. is the architect of the Delray Beach project.
