
BROOMFIELD, CO-International real estate company Hines will open Eos at Interlocken, a four-story office building in Broomfield, this week. The 186,000-square-foot building, located at 250 Interlocken Blvd., is a speculative office development.
Hines officials are seeking LEED Gold certification for the building. St. Louis-based Forum Architects designed the project and the general contractor was Baltimore-based Whiting-Turner Construction's Denver office. J.
