EDWARDSVILLE, IL-Fairview Heights, Illinois-based Impact Strategies has completed construction of the Enclave Apartments, a three-story, 120-unit student housing complex in Edwardsville. The $20-million, eight-building complex was completed on August 1 and all the apartments are leased.
Enclave, which sits on 32 acres of land near Esic Drive and the Southern Illinois University Edwardsville campus, was the first development project for Corey Wenzel.
