
BRISTOL, UK-The Topland Group has acquired three office properties in Bristol, Stevenage and Harlow for a combined GBP 11.8 million. The company purchased the Whitefriars Building, a 140,953-square-foot property in Bristol, for GBP 6.5 million from CBRE Investors.
Topland bought Wiltron House, a 31,355-square-foot building in Stevenage, for GBP 1.3 million from Grant Thornton and Pageant House, a 33,594-square-foot building in Harlow, for GBP 4 million from a Makins Moore client.
