EVANSTON, IL-RMK Management Corp. and M&R Development have commenced construction on Central Station in Evanston. This 80-unit apartment building is situated near CTA's Purple Line and Metra's Central Street station.
The four-story building's first floor will include retail space and indoor parking. It will comprise studios, single-, double- and triple-bedroom units, whose measurement range from 592 to 1,488 square feet.
