SUNNYVALE, CA-Fortinet Inc. has bought a 164,099-square-foot industrial building in Sunnyvale for $14.5 million. The property sits on roughly 10 acres of land at 895 Kifer Road.
Electra LLC sold the property for $88.36 per square foot. Fortinet is currently occupying 107,000 square feet of space at 1090 Kifer Road. Broker Brian McCarthy from Cassidy Turley represented Fortinet and broker Tenny Tsai, also from Cassidy Turley, negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller.
