AUSTIN, TX-Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP has arranged $27 million in refinancing for City North at Sunrise Ranch, a 384-unit apartment community in Round Rock. The Dallas-based firm worked on behalf of Arsenal Real Estate and McShane Development Co. to place the floating-rate seven-year loan with Freddie Mac.
The 19-building apartment complex, constructed in 2009, is located at 2800 Sunrise Road and is currently 93% occupied. Charles Halladay, Douglas Opalka and Robert Wooten with HFF represented Arsenal and McShane in the deal. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
