NEW YORK CITY-The US unit of UK-based NM Rothschild & Sons will shift from the 44th and 51st floors to part of the 33rd floor and the entire 34th floor at 1251 Ave. of the Americas. The firm, known as Rothschild North America, signed a 10-year lease with Mitsui Fudosan America for 69,418 square feet at the skyscraper.
