SAN MATEO, CA-Oslo, Norway-based Opera Software is expanding its Silicon Valley headquarters in San Mateo. The company, which currently occupies part of the seventh floor, will take the eighth floor at the 1875 South Grant St. building.
The new lease will allow Opera to expand into a 20,000-square-foot space at the building. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but sources revealed that Opera paid nearly $3.25 per square foot for the space. For the full story, go to Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal .
