MINNEAPOLIS-Developers are still craving for building rental units around the University of Minnesota neighborhoods. The Star Tribune reported that Opus Group is planning to construct a six-story apartment building at the old Mercil's Campus Auto Repair site on the edge of Walnut Street and Washington Avenue.
The project, named The Station on Washington, will comprise 97 units with 156 bedrooms. It will come up beside a Central Corridor rail station. For the full story, go to Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal .
