FRANKLIN, TN-Pat Emery, a developer from Cool Springs, has revealed plans for his latest project, Franklin Park at Interstate 65 and McEwen Drive. Spectrum Properties/Emery has proposed the 71-acre office park featuring nearly five Class A office structures totaling 1.5 million square feet and a retail as well as an apartment building.
Construction of the park's 350-unit apartment complex is expected to start by the end of this year and the building could cost more than $50 million. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
