PLANTATION, FL-Texas-based SCPlantation, operated by Jeffrey A. Lehmann, has sold the Plantation Crossing shopping center at 12130 W. Sunrise Blvd. for $15.7 million to a Davie-based Azor Advisory Services affiliate. The company also transferred an $11-million CMBS loan on the property to the buyer.
Plantation Crossings LLC, associated with Beth Azor and Azor Advisory, purchased the 70,000-square-foot retail center from SCPlantation. Bilzin Sumberg's Adam Lustig represented the buyer and Russ Bornstein, who joined CBRE from Grubb Ellis before the deal, represented the seller.
