LITTLETON, MA-Groundbreaking ceremony has been conducted for a mixed-use project in Littleton. The project spanning 580,000 square feet will be developed on the former Cisco Systems site located at 495 Great Road. The development will consist of office and retail space and a hotel comprising 100 rooms. The Route 119/I-495 Interchange Safety and Capacity Improvement Project supports this mixed-use project to drive additional private development in the region.
