
PORT WASHINGTON, WI-The North Point Mall, a Sentry-anchored shopping mall located in Port Washington, has been sold in a foreclosure auction for $3.9 million. An affiliate of an investment package that holds the mortgage on the mall purchased the property from an affiliate of Chicago-based Spatz Centers Inc. The mall spanning 6.5 acres comprises a Sentry store measuring 47,150 square feet, a stand-alone Arby's, and attached strip-mall storefronts totaling 21,000 square feet.
