DALLAS-Minneapolis-based Dominium has acquired four multifamily properties in Texas. The company bought the Village of Kaufman Apartments situated in Kaufman; Fox Run Apartments in Orange; Patman Switch Apartments in Hughes Springs; and La Promesa Apartments in Odessa.
With the new deals, Dominium has increased its real estate portfolio by 366 apartments. The company has 23 properties containing 2,887 units in Texas. Financial details of the four deals were not revealed. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
