
ST. LOUIS-Minneapolis-based Dominium Development and Acquisition has received approval from a city selection committee to proceed ahead with its proposed redevelopment of the Arcade Wright Building in downtown St. Louis. The company submitted its proposals to St. Louis Development Corp. on August 2 to turn the Arcade building into a mixed-use development.
The proposals call for 185 affordable units, 69 market-rate apartments, 73,000 square feet of commercial space and 143 underground parking spaces. For the full story, go to St. Louis Business Journal .
