SEATTLE-Developer is planning to break ground on a 40-story apartment building near Paramount Theatre in downtown Seattle. Holland Partner Group is developing the 386-unit apartment project at 815 Pine St.
The building will also have a street-level restaurant. The Seattle Times reported that the apartments will range in size from 450 to 1,250 square feet. The Pine Street apartment tower is expected to be opened in late 2014. For the full story, go to Puget Sound Business Journal .
