LONDON-Development Securities has disposed of the retail and residential properties at Westminster Palace Gardens in Central London, a retail park in Burnley and the Wick Site situated in Littlehampton for a total amount of GBP 40.9 million. The company sold the residential and the retail properties at Westminster Palace Gardens for GBP 20.6 million and GBP 1.3 million, respectively.
