AUSTIN, TX-An entire city block between East Fifth and East Sixth streets in Austin has reached sales block for an undisclosed price. The property, once headed for two mixed-use buildings, spans 2.3 acres and boasts approximately 400,000 square feet of apartment, office and retail space, including the Bank of America building measuring 256,911 square feet.
