EDINBURGH, UK-Henderson Global Investors' property business has secured a tenant to occupy the last remaining office suite in Edinburgh. Universities Scotland has inked a 10-year lease for the 4,454-square-foot office suite on the ground floor at Holyrood Park House, a 46,700-square-foot Grade A building near the Scottish Parliament.
