NEW YORK CITY-Nos Boutique will consolidate its two existing stores on Front Street in the Brooklyn neighborhood. The retailer recently leased 3,200 square feet at 81 Front St.
The asking rent for the 10-year deal was $45 per square foot. Nos Boutique will open the new storefront for business in October. The building, situated on the edge of Washington Street, is owned by Two Trees Management Co. The landlord was represented in-house by Caroline Pardo.
