HONOLULU-The Office of Hawaiian Affairs has completed the acquisition of the Gentry Pacific Design Center, 185,787-square-foot building in Honolulu. The state agency acquired the center at 560 N. Nimitz Highway for $21.37 million.
The building and its three plots had been estimated for approximately $28.8 million in 2008. OHA has plans to move its offices to the North Nimitz Highway building, which contains nearly 40 tenants.
