
NEW YORK CITY-Boston-based Second Time Around has signed a lease for a Manhattan outpost. The retailer recently leased 2,000 square feet at 238 W. 72nd St. from Alexander Hidalgo Real Estate for more than 10 years.
The asking rent for the deal was $110 per square foot. The new location will be opened by the end of this year. Handler Real Estate Organization's Scott Galin and Darrell Handler represented the tenant, while Alexander Hidalgo Real Estate's Harris Philip represented the landlord in-house.
